THIS IITSTRUMENT, Made this dzy of n�Ov�/�'►�4G� , 19 LS ,

a corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of
the first part, and the City of Edina, a municipal corporation
organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the
second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, in
consideration of One and No /100 Dollars ($1.00), to it in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, does Grant, Bargain, Sell, Convey, and
Warrant to said party of the second part an Easement in perpetu-
ity for public road purposes in, under, and over the following
described'property situate in the County of Hennepin and State
of Minnesota, to -wit:
That part of Lot 12, Block 7, Braemar Hills 9th Addition
lying southerly of the following described line: Beginning at
a point on the east line of said Lot 12, which point is 10 feet
north of the southeast corner of said Lot 12; 'thence westerly,
a distance of 75 feet, to a point which is 12 feet north of the
south line of said Lot 12; thence southwesterly to a point'on
the west line of said Lot 12, which point is 15 feet north of
the southwest corner of said Lot 12.

THIS IUSTRUMENT, Made this 23rd day of July 1979 ,

second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, in
