TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT

THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this 1/ day of 6� ,
1979, by and between Twin City Federal Savings and Loan Association,
corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the
first part, and the City of Edina, a municipal corporation organized
under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That said party of the first part does Grant to
said party of the second part a Temporary Easement for landscaping
and lighting, including the right to enter for the purpose of con-
structing such landscaping and lighting, in and over the following
described property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of
Minnesota, to -wit:
The East 6 feet of the South 120 feet
of Lot 34, Auditor's Subdivision Number 172,
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Said Temporary Easement shall cease and terminate on the 1st
day of December, 1979.
