NOW, THEREFORE, Upon said recommendation and pursuant to M.S. 1980, Section 161.16, Subdivision 4, said State of Minnesota, by Albert H. The original of the Quit Claim Deed to the City of Edina from the State of Minnesota attached was filed April 25, 1985, in the office of the Registrar of Titles as Document No. 1640419 and in the office of the County 'recorder as Document No. 4988400 which I have noted on the Deed. The Owner's Duplicate Certificates of Title sent to us by the State for purposes of recording the Deed in the Registrar's office have all been cancelled and new Certificates are being typed. As soon as the new Certificates are ready, which I would say will be in about six months, the City should receive a notification card and the new Certificates can then be picked up at the Courthouse. I believe the Certificate number of the City's property will be No. 662523.
