R E L E A S E
THIS RELEASE is made this day of September,
1980, by the Village of Edina, a Minnesota municipal corpor-
ation.
WITNESSETH, that the City of Edina (formerly Village
of Edina) pursuant to Resolution duly adopted, and in accor-
dance with its obligations under Paragraph 6 of that certain
Agreement between F. J. Hays and Helen B. Hays and the Village
of Edina dated November 13, 1956, and filed for record in
the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for Hennepin
County, Minnesota, on November 26, 1956, as Document No.
516678, does hereby relinquish and release all of its right
to obtain three public road easements in a width of at,least
sixty feet over and across the tract or parcel of land lying
and being in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota,
described as follows, to -wit:
Lot 3, Block 5, Braemar Hills Second Addition,
according to the recorded plat thereof on file
or of record in the office of the Registrar of
Titles in and for said county.
THIS RELEASE is given for the sole purpose of relin-
quishing the City of Edina's right to obtain three public
road easements in a width of at least sixty feet over and
across the above described property as created by Agreement
dated November 13, 1956, and filed in the office of the
Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota, as Document
No. 516678, and as carried forward in that certain Warranty
Deed dated April 30, 1957, and filed in the office of the
Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota, as Document
No. 528524.
This instrument is exempt from State Deed Tax.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the said City of Edina has
caused these premises to be executed in its corporate name
