Area = 1,196 square feet for the purpose of drainage, flowage, and storage of surface waters. The Grantors, for themselves, their heirs, executors, successors and assigns do hereby covenant and agree that they will permit the above described property to remain as a part of a pond for the drainage and storage of surface waters and that they will not fill the same nor will they in any manner attempt to change the grade level of the same nor interfere with the natural drainage, flowage and storage of surface water on the above described property. -1- i'1 -11_. The Grantors further agree for themsevles, their heirs, successors, and assigns that the City of Edina will have no duty to maintain or service the above described property nor shall they be liable in any manner or to any party in connection with the maintenance of the above described property as part of a pond for the drainage and storage of excess surface grater.
