THIS !hTST.RUMENT, Made this-21st day of November 1983 ,
by and between Eleanor A. PZiska and Rudolph PZiska, rife and Husband
, of the County of Hennepin
and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the City
o-f Edina, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the
State of Minnesota, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said .parties of the first part, in
consideration of One and No /100 Dollars ($1.00), to them in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, do Grant, Bargain, Sell, Convey, and Warrant
to said party of the second part an Easement in perpetuity for
public road purposes, in, under, and over the following described
property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota,
to-wit: That part of Lot 3, Block 2 Smisek Addition Lying East of the
line described as follows: Commencing at the most Northerly corner of Lot 2,
Block 2 Smisek Addition; Thence Southeasterly along the Easterly Line of said
Lot` 2, 57.56 feet; Thence along a tangential curve concave to the West, radius
2201; to the South Line of Smisek Addition, and there terminating.
