Dear Marce:
In looking for something else, I just recently
ran across an original, with recording data, of a document
which I am not sure was ever returned to your offices.
It is an easement for public road purposes given by National
Car Rental System, dated July 15, 1985, and recorded August 6,
1985 in the Office of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, as Document No. 1663324. I am keeping
a copy of this document for our files, but of course the
original should be retained by the City.

THIS I14STRUMENT, Made this 15th day of July , 1985 ,
by and between National Car Rental System, Inc.
Nevada
a corporation under the laws of the State of 9MM4M party of
the first part, and the City of Edina, a municipal corporation
organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the
second part;'
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, in
consideration of One and No /100 Dollars ($1.00), to it in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, does Grant, Bargain, Sell, Convey, and
Warrant to said party of the second part an Easement in perpetu-
ity for public road purposes in, under, and over the following
described property situate in the County of Hennepin and State
of Minnesota, to —wits

That part of Lot 2, Block 1, EDINA OFFICE CENTER, according to the
recorded plat thereof, described as commencing at the southwest
corner of said Lot 2; thence on an assumed bearing of West, along
the South line of said Lot 2, a distance of 195.89 feet; thence
North 0 degrees 32 minutes 48 seconds West a distance of 40,00 feet
to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence contin-
uing North 0 degrees 32 minutes 48 seconds West, a distance of 70.57
feet; thence northerly along a tangential curve, concave to the
west, having a radius of 212.55 feet and a central angle of 5 degrees
13 minutes 47 seconds, a distance of 19.40 feet to a point of cusp;
thence southeasterly along a curve concave to the northeast, having
a radius of 100.00 feet, a central angle of 84 degrees 13 minutes
25 seconds and a chord that bears South 47 degrees 53 minutes 17
seconds East, a distance of 147.00 feet to a point which is 40.00
feet northerly of said south line of Lot 2, as measured at right
angles to said south line of Lot 2; thence on a bearing of West,
97.75 feet to the point of beginning.
