NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF PROCEEDINGS
ON VACATION OF EASEMENT FOR STREET PURPOSES
IN THE CITY OF EDINA. HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Edina, Hennepin County, Minnesota
on February 6, 1989, adopted a Resolution Vacating Easement for Street Purposes
after public hearing and notice thereof as required by law and after determining
it to be in the best interest of the City and of the public that said easement
vacation be made, which resolution ordered the vacation of the following described
easement for street purposes, all as platted and of record in the office of the
Register of Deeds in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota:
That part of Scriver Road dedicated on the recorded plat of HYLAND ACRES
and now vacated which lies southerly of a line described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 2, in said plat;
then on a assumed bearing of East, along the North line of said
Lot 1 and its easterly extension, a distance of 36.65 feet; thence
southeasterly, a distance of 36.49 feet, along a tangential curve
concave to the Southwest having a radius of 35.14 feet and a central
angle of 59 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds, to the easterly line of
said Lot 1 and said line there terminating.
Said vacation did not affect, and there was continued, reserved, and retained, by
the said resolution ordering the vacation, a utility easement and the authority of
the City of Edina and each and every other person or corporation owning or
controlling any electric, telephone, or cable television poles and lines, gas or
sewer lines, or water pipes, mains, and hydrants, now in, on, or under the above
vacated area, to enter upon the above vacated area to maintain, repair, replace,
remove, or otherwise attend thereto.
The time of completion of proceedings and the effective date of said vacation is
February 7, 1989.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Edina, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
on September 18, 1989, adopted a resolution Vacating Easement for Street Purposes,
after public hearing and notice thereof as required by law and after determining
it to be in the best interest of the City and of the public that said easement
vacation be made, which resolution ordered the vacation of the following described
easement for street purposes, all as platted and of record in the office of the
Register of Deeds in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota:
That part of SCRIVER ROAD lying northerly of the following described line:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 1, HYLAND ACRES,
according to the recorded plat thereof; thence North 88 degrees 38
minutes 15 seconds East along the south line of said Lot 1 and its
easterly extension a distance of 51.67 feet; thence 67.92 feet along a
curve concave to the southwest having a radius of 64.43 feet and a
central angle of 60 degrees 23 minutes 45 seconds, to a point on the
southwesterly line of Lot 2, said Block 1, distant 31.04 feet
northwesterly from the most southerly corner of said Lot 2 and said
line there terminating.
The City of Edina reserves in favor of itself a utility easement within said
described vacated street right of way for the maintenance, replacement, repair and
removal of, and for otherwise attending to, underground storm sewer as deemed
necessary by the City of Edina.
The time of completion of proceedings and the effective date of said vacation is
September 19, 1989.
