Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County,
Minnesota described as follows:
Commencing at the corner of Lot 4, which is also a corner of Lots 2 and
3; thence North 00 degrees 07 minutes 37 seconds East 20.25 feet along
the southerly line of said Lot 4; thence North 44 degrees 52 minutes 23
seconds West 31.61 feet along said southerly line; thence North 00
degrees 07 minutes 37 seconds East 8.29 feet along said southerly line
to the point of beginning; thence North 89 degrees 52 minutes 23
seconds West 84.25 feet along said southerly line; thence North 00
degrees 07 minutes 37 seconds East 3.00 feet along said southerly line;
