A 10.00 foot wide easement for Sanitary Sewer purposes under and across Lot 4,
Block 1, Edinborough Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin
County, Minnesota;
The centerline of said easement is described as follows:
Commencing at the corner of Lot 4, which is also a corner of Lots 2 and 3;
thence North 00 degrees 07 minutes 37 seconds West 20.25 feet along the
southerly line of said Lot 4; thence North 44 degrees 52 minutes 23 seconds
West 31.61 feet along the said southerly line; thence North 00 degrees 07
minutes 37 seconds East 8.29 feet along said southerly line; thence North 89
degrees 52 minutes 23 seconds West 74.77 feet along said southerly line to
the beginning of the centerline herein described; thence North 38 degrees 32
minutes 08 seconds East 204.58 feet and there terminating.
and a 24.00 foot by 8.00 foot rectangle, the southerly line of which is
described as follows:
Commencing at the corner of Lot 4, which is also a corner of Lots 2 and 3;
thence North 00 degrees 07 minutes 37 seconds West 20.25 feet along the
southerly line of said Lot 4; thence North 44 degrees 52 minutes 23 seconds
