An easement for access purposes over and across Lot 4, Block 1, Edinborough
Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the corner of said Lot 4, which is also of Lots 2 and 3;
thence on an assumed bearing of North 45 degrees 07 minutes 37 seconds
East 14.32 feet along the southeasterly line of said Lot 4 to the point
of beginning of the easement to be described; thence continue North 45
degrees 07 minutes 37 seconds East 42.78 feet along said southeasterly
line; thence North 44 degrees 52 minutes 23 seconds West 26.19 along
said southeasterly line; thence North 89 degrees 52 minutes 23 seconds
West 128.46 feet; thence South 00 degrees 07 minutes 37 seconds West
8.00 feet to the southerly line of said Lot 4; thence South 89 degrees
52 minutes 23 seconds East 84.25 feet along said southerly line;
thence South 00 degrees 07 minutes 37 seconds West 8.29 feet along said
southerly line; thence South 44 degrees 52 minutes 23 seconds East 45.94
feet to the point of beginning.
