An easement for access purposes over and across Lot 4, Block 1, Edinborough
Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, described as follows:
Beginning at the most easterly corner of said Lot 4; thence on an
assumed bearing of South 45 degrees 07 minutes 37 seconds West 57.56
feet along the southeasterly line of said Lot 4; thence North 44
degrees 52 minutes 23 seconds West 7.60 feet along said southeasterly
line; thence South 45 degrees 07 minutes 37 seconds West 17.66 feet
along said southeasterly line; thence North 44 degrees 52 minutes 23
minutes West 5.52 feet to a point on a 73.01 foot radius curve, the
center of circle of said curve bears North 48 degrees 38 minutes 06
seconds West from said point; thence southwesterly, westerly,
northwesterly, northerly, northeasterly, and easterly 314.61 feet along
said curve, through a central angle of 246 degrees 52 mintues 48
seconds; thence North 45 degrees 07 minutes 37 seconds East 14.89 feet
to the northeasterly line of said Lot 4; thence South 44 degrees 52
minutes 23 seconds East 118.99 feet along said northeast line to the
point of beginning.
