Location of Parking Facility)
An easement for access purposes over and across Lot 3, Block 1, Edinborough
Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, described as follow:
Commencing at the corner of said Lot 3, which is also a corner of Lots
2 and 4; thence on an assumed bearing of North 45 degrees 07 minutes 37
seconds East 25.27 feet along the northwesterly line of said Lot 3 to
the point of beginning of the easement to be described; thence continu-
ing North 45 degrees 07 minutes 37 seconds East 15.00 feet along said
northwesterly line; thence South 44 degrees 52 minutes 23 seconds East
43.00 feet; thence South 45 degrees 07 minutes 37 seconds West 28.17
feet; thence North 00 degrees 07 minutes 37 seconds East 18.62 feet;
thence North 44 degrees 52 minutes 23 seconds West 29.83 feet to the
point of beginning.
The bottom plane of said easement is elevation 870.10 feet NGVD.
