From Apartment Building and Apartment Building Lot)
An easement for drainage purposes under and across Lot 3, Block 1,
Edinborough Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin
County, Minnesota. Said easement is a strip of land 10.00 feet wide, the
centerline of said strip is described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said Lot 3; thence northwesterly
along the northeasterly line of said Lot 3, a distance of 203.09 feet
along a curve concave to the southwest, radius 495.00 feet, central
angle 23 degrees 30 minutes 26 seconds, chord bearing North 33 degrees
07 minutes 28 seconds West, assumed basis of bearings; thence North 44
degrees 52 minutes 42 seconds West 46.00 feet along said northeasterly
line to the point of beginning of the centerline to be described;
thence South 20 degrees 15 minutes 17 seconds East 52.80 feet; thence
South 13 degrees 56 minutes 12 seconds West 44.42 feet; thence South 40
degrees 19 minutes 23 seconds West 133.18 feet; thence North 49 degrees
16 minutes 56 seconds West 19.41 feet and said centerline there
terminating. The sidelines of said easement are to be prolonged or
shortened to begin on said northeasterly line of said Lot 3.
And an easement for drainage purposes under and across said Lot 3. Said
easement is a strip of land 10.00 feet wide, the centerline of said strip
is described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 3; thence North 13
degrees 32 minutes 59 seconds West 50.00 feet along the westerly line
of said Lot 3; thence North 26 degrees 03 minutes 01 seconds West 81.81
feet along said westerly line; thence North 44 degrees 52 minutes 23
seconds West 2.33 feet along said westerly line to the point of
beginning of the centerline to be described; thence North 45 degrees 07
minutes 37 seconds East 52.15 feet; thence South 44 degrees 52 minutes
23 seconds East 128.25 feet; thence North 75 degrees 30 minutes 22
seconds East 201.69 feet; thence South 61 degrees 01 minutes 04 seconds
East 30.94 feet; thence South 11 degrees 22 minutes 33 seconds East
45.95 feet to the southerly line of sa i d Lot 3 and sa i d centerline
there terminating.
The sidelines of said easement are to be prolonged or shortened to begin on
