of Office Building)
An easement for access purposes over Lot 3, Block 1, Edinborough Addition,
according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot 3; thence North 13
degrees 32 minutes 59 seconds West 50.00 feet along the westerly line
of said Lot 3; thence North 26 degrees 03 minutes 01 seconds West 81.81
feet along said westerly line; thence South 44 degrees 52 minutes 23
seconds East 95.17 feet; thence South 13 degrees 25 minutes 22 seconds
East 48.78 feet to the southerly line of said Lot 3; thence south-
westerly 31.66 feet along said southerly line on a curve concave to the
southeast, radius 2,346.83 feet, central angle 00 degrees 46 minutes 23
seconds, to the point of beginning.
