An easement for access purposes over Lot 2, Block 1, Edinborough Addition,
according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota;
Said easement is described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 2; thence North 13 degrees
32 minutes 59 seconds West 50.00 feet along the easterly line of said
Lot 2; thence North 26 degrees 03 minutes 01 seconds 81.81 feet along
said easterly line; thence North 44 degrees 52 minutes 23 seconds West
28.28 feet along said easterly line; thence South 00 degrees 15 minutes
14 seconds West 49.01 feet; thence South 13 degrees 25 minutes 22
seconds East 106.85 feet to the southerly line of said Lot 2; thence
northeasterly 44.34 feet along said southerly line on a curve concave to
the southeast, radius 2346.83 feet, central angle 1 degree 04 minutes 57
seconds, to the point of beginning.
