Said easement consists of two parcels of land, which parcels are described as follows: Description of Easement Parcel 1 Said Easement Parcel 1 is a strip of land 15.00 feet wide, the centerline of said strip is described as follows: Commencing at the most easterly corner of said Lot 4; thence on an assumed bearing of North 44 degrees 52 minutes 23 seconds West 158.19 feet along the northeasterly line of said Lot 4 to the northerly line of said Lot 4; thence North 89 degrees 52 minutes 23 seconds West 46.90 feet along said northerly line to the point of beginning of the cen- terline to be described; thence South 44 degrees 52 minutes 23 seconds East 185.85 feet and said centerline there terminating. The sidelines of said Easement Parcel 1 are to be prolonged or shortened to begin on said northerly line of Lot 4. Description of Easement Parcel 2 Said Easement Parcel 2 is a strip of land 10.00 feet wide, the centerline of said strip is described as follows: Commencing at the most easterly corner of said Lot 4; thence on an assumed bearing of North 44 degrees 52 minutes 23 seconds West 158.19 feet along the northeasterly line of said Lot 4 to the northerly line of said Lot 4; thence North 89 degrees 52- minutes 23 seconds West 70.37 feet along said northerly line to the point of beginning of the cen- terline to be described; thence South 00 degrees 54 minutes 32 seconds East 107.14 feet and said centerline there terminating. The sidelines of said Easement Parcel 2 are to be prolonged or shortened to begin on said northerly line of Lot 4.
