on the Park Lot for the Hotel Lot)
All that part of LOT 4, BLOCK 1,
EDINBOROUGH ADDITION, according to the
recorded plat thereof, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, which lies within a
15.00 foot wide strip of land.
The centerline of said strip being
described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest
corner of said LOT 4; thence on an assumed
bearing of North 00 degrees
07 minutes 37 seconds East, along the
O westerly line of said LOT 4
for 52.96 feet to the actual point of
beginning of the centerline
to be described; thence easterly and
southeasterly for 61.84 feet along a non - tangential curve concave to
