EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC ROAD PURPOSES
THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this day of , 19 , by and
between Arne M. Rovick and Edith V. Rovick, Husband and
Wife , of the County of
Hennepin and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the City of Edina, a
municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the
second part,
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in consideration of One and
No/ 100 Dollars (51.00), to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Grant, Bargain, Sell, Convey, and Warrant
to said party of the second party an Easement in perpetuity for public road purposes,
in, under, and over the following described property situate in the County of Hennepin
and State of Minnesota, to -wit:
That portion of Lot 1, Block 4, Parkwood Knolls 21st Addition which
lies Northerly of a line drawn Westerly at a right angle to the
Easterly line of said Lot 1 from a point therein distant 40 feet
Southerly of the Northeast corner of said Lot 1.
