With the expectation of purchasing Lot 2, Block 1, of the Warden Acres Hallgren
Addition, we hereby acknowledge that the replat requires extension of water and sewer
services to the new lot. As we do not intend to build on this lot immediately we
understand that we are accepting the financial responsibility to extend these services if
we do build. If we sell the lot, the new owner will be made aware of the requirement.
Additionally, if the roadway is ever extended, we understand that roadway assessments
will be assigned to the new Lot 2, Block 1, of Warden Acres Hallgren Addition.
