A Partial Order and Decree of Registration in favor of City of Edina in the above - entitled matter was
entered June 17, 2002 and a certified copy of it was filed as Registrar of Titles Doc. No. 3560211; and a
Partial Order and Decree of Registration in favor of R.E.C., Inc. in the above - entitled matter was entered
June 17, 2002 and a certified copy of it was filed as Registrar of Titles Doc. No. 3560210.
The Examiner of Titles has advised the Court that the wording of the land descriptions in said
Decrees is possibly ambiguous and should be revised as set forth in the Order and Decree, below, to
accurately describe the land contained in the Application as now platted.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, as follows:
That the land description in the Partial Order and Decree in favor of City of Edina filed as Registrar
of Titles Doc. No. 3560211 is amended to read as follows:
That part of Lot 1, Block 1, GRANDVIEW SQUARE 2ND ADDITION, lying within the
following described land:
Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, and the southerly 6 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, "EDENMOOR,
HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA."
And
That part of Outlot A, GRANDVIEW SQUARE 2ND ADDITION, lying westerly of the west line
of Outlot B, GRANDVIEW SQUARE ADDITION.
That the land description in the Partial Order and Decree in favor of R.E.C., Inc. filed as Registrar of
Titles Doc. No. 3560210 is amended to read as follows:
That part of Lot 2, Block 1, GRANDVIEW SQUARE 2ND ADDITION, lying westerly of the
west line of Outlot B, GRANDVIEW SQUARE ADDITION.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, as follows:
That the Registrar of Titles, upon the filing with the Registrar of a certified copy of this Amended
Order and Decree of Registration:
a. show by memorial on Certificate of Title No. 1086022 that the land description in said
certificate of title is amended to read as follows:
That part of Outlot A, GRANDVIEW SQUARE 2ND ADDITION, lying westerly
of the west line of Outlot B, GRANDVIEW SQUARE ADDITION.
b. show by memorial on Certificate of Title No. 1086019 that the land description in said
certificate of title is amended to read as follows:
That part of Lot 2, Block 1, GRANDVIEW SQUARE 2'D ADDITION, lying
westerly of the west line of Outlot B, GRANDVIEW SQUARE ADDITION,
c. in future certificates of title issued for said lands, substitute said amended descriptions
for the descriptions now appearing in said certificates of title.
