Dear Mr. & Mrs. Basham:
City of Edina
This letter is written in regards to a request to construct a brick mailbox / address
monument at the entry to your property as listed above. The City of Edina
authorizes the monument to be constructed within City Right-of-Way as shown
on the attached drawings under the following conditions:
1. Maintenance of the monument is the responsibility of the property
owner located at 6653 Parkwood Road. This maintenance shall
include any damaged sustained by any City owned or contracted
activity, such as snow plowing activities. ,
If you agree to the above statement, we ask that you sign below and return one
