HomeMy WebLinkAboutAgingMastery2021Contact: Kaitlin Gault, Digital Communications Coordinator Phone 952-826-0396 • kgault@EdinaMN.gov • EdinaMN.gov  FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE  Edina Senior Center Offers ‘Aging Mastery’ Program  Edina, Minn., Aug. 27, 2021 – The Edina Senior Center will offer its first Aging Mastery Program to help adults ages 55 and older create a playbook for aging well and developing behaviors across many dimensions that will lead to improved health, stronger financial security and overall wellbeing. Participants will attend a class at the Senior Center, 5280 Grandview Square, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday Sept. 14 through Oct. 14. Each class will help participants create actionable goals, sustainable behaviors, receive peer support and incentives. Registration at EdinaParks.com will close Tuesday, Sept. 7, or when the program reaches 30 registrations. The fee of the program is $30 for all 10 sessions.
