RESOLUTION NO. 2021-92
CALLING PUBLIC HEARING FOR
CONSIDERATION OF MUNICIPAL CONSENT FOR
MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION’S
I-494 AIRPORT TO HIGHWAY 169 PROJECT
DECEMBER 7, 2021
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDINA, MINNESOTA,
that a public hearing shall be held on the 7th day of December, 2021 in the Council Chambers at City Hall at 7:00
p.m. to consider municipal consent for MnDOT’s I-494: Airport to Highway 169 Project (also known as Project 1
of the I-494 Corridor Vision).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing
as required by law.
