liability company ("LDH") has fully complied with its obligations to construct the required public
improvements under that document titled Development Contract dated October 3, 2016, recorded
with the Office of the Hennepin County Registrar of Titles on November 8, 2016, as Document
No. T05396701 ("Agreement"), by and between the City of Edina (the "City") and LDH relating
to the property legally described on the attached Exhibit "A." The issuance of this Certificate of
Completion by the City does not affect, modify, or terminate the additional and continuing duties,
covenants, and obligations of LDH, or its successors and assigns, as stated in the Agreement. The
Hennepin County Registrar of Titles is hereby authorized to accept for recording the filing of this
instrument, to be a conclusive determination of the satisfaction and termination of the covenants
and conditions of the Agreement described above.
