HomeMy WebLinkAboutVaccination Clinic Contact: Jennifer Bennerotte, Communications Director Phone 952-833-9520 • Fax 952-826-0389 • EdinaMN.gov  FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE  City to Host Vaccination Clinic Jan. 28  Edina, Minn., Jan. 21, 2022 – Because vaccination continues to be the single most effective tool to stop the spread of COVID-19, the City of Edina, in partnership with Bloomington Public Health and Homeland Health Specialists, will host a free vaccination clinic 2-7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 28 at Braemar Golf Course. Those 12 and older can get their first, second or booster dose of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine at the clinic. Homeland Health Specialists will provide the vaccinator staff and vaccines. COVID-19 vaccines are free and do not require health insurance. Interpretation services will be available at the clinic. At least 200 appointments are available. Appointments are preferred, but a limited number of walk-ins will be available. Appointments can be made online. When registration opens, a link will be available at EdinaMN.gov/coronavirus. Those attending the clinic should park in the free, main lot of Braemar Golf Course, 6364 John Harris Drive, and enter the building on the northeast corner (Red River Kitchen entrance).
