RESOLUTION NO. 2022-52
APPROVING COOPERATIVE CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT BETWEEN
STATE OF MINNESOTA AND CITY OF EDINA
WHEREAS, The City of Edina wishes to modify the realign south bound ramp from Eden Avenue to Trunk
Highway No. 100 within the corporate City limits under City Project No. ENG21004; and
WHEREAS, Edina and MnDOT have jointly approved the design, construction, maintenance and operation of the
realignment; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Edina, Hennepin County,
Minnesota:
1. That the City of Edina enter into MnDOT Agreement No 1050722 with the Minnesota Department of
Transportation to provide permission by the State to the City to realign south bound ramp from Eden Avenue
to Trunk Highway No. 100 within the corporate City limits under City Project No. ENG21004.
2. That the City Engineer is authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement on
behalf of the City of Edina without further approval by this Council.
