RESOLUTION NO. 2022-78
CALLING PUBLIC HEARINGS
FOR CONSIDERATION OF CERTAIN SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
AND DELINQUENT UTILITIES
ON OCTOBER 6, 2022
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDINA,
MINNESOTA, that a public hearing shall be held on the 6th day of October 6, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. to pass
upon such proposed assessment, and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such
improvement and delinquent utilities will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to assessments
for the following:
Aquatic Vegetation – Improvement No. AQ-22
Weed Mowing – Improvement No. WD-22
Tree Removal – Improvement No. TR-22
50th & France Business District – Improvement No. M-22
ENG 21-1 Creek Knoll A&B – Improvement No. BA-459
ENG 21-2 Melody Lake A/B, Grandview A, Birchcrest C – Improvement No. BA-457
Delinquent Utilities - DU-22
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDINA, MINNESOTA, that
the City Clerk is directed to publish and mail notices of the public hearings.
ADOPTED this 7th day of September 2022.
