Artists, Crafters Sought for Pop-Up Holiday Craft & Book Bazaar
Edina, Minn., Sept. 7, 2022 – Artists and crafters will be the focus of the inaugural Pop-Up Holiday Craft & Book Bazaar, to be held 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3.
People seeking to sell their art or crafts at the event must apply for a booth space by Nov. 1. Holiday-themed work is welcome, but not required. Visit EdinaMN.gov/HolidayCraftApp to
apply.
Artists signed up so far work in digital and graphic art, painting, photography, sculpture and mixed media. They are offering small items for as low as $2 to one-of-a-kind works of art
for $1,000. There are no set minimums or maximums. Artists keep all the proceeds from their sales.
The Book Bazaar part of the event will offer secondhand books for sale with proceeds benefitting the Friends of the Edina Library.
Admission for shoppers will be free. While many local shoppers of all ages are expected, the bazaar also will draw people who are making a day of attending this and other holiday markets
in nearby cities.
To provide free parking and exclusive space for shoppers and vendors, the event will be held in various rooms of the Edina Senior Center, 5280 Grandview Road.
