DESIGNATING DEPOSITORIES
BE IT RESOLVED, that U.S. Bank, Crown Bank and Tradition Capital Bank, are hereby authorized
to do banking business in Minnesota, be and are hereby designated as Of icial Depositories for the Public
Funds of the City of Edina, County of Hennepin, Minnesota until January I 2024.
