Walk With the Mayor to be Held Feb. 18
Edina, Minn., Feb. 10, 2023 – Community members are invited to join Mayor Hovland for Walk With the Mayor, scheduled for Saturday Feb. 18, from 9 to 10 a.m. at the Galleria.
Galleria is located at 69th Street and France Avenue. Participants should wear comfortable walking shoes and meet inside the shopping mall outside Starbucks, near Door 4 and Cov Edina.
Hovland invites residents to participate. “Please consider joining me (and hopefully my wife) for a pre-Presidents’ Day walk around the beautiful Galleria Edina,” he said. “Come early
and get yourself a cup of coffee at Starbucks. I hope to see you there!”
Participating in the Walk With the Mayor gives community members a chance to voice concerns, talk with Hovland and get to know the city a little bit better while taking a walk through
various locations in Edina. No prior registration is required to attend Walk With the Mayor; simply show up at the designated meeting time to walk and talk with Hovland.
