KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Rauenhorst Corporation, a Minnesota corporation, owner and proprietor of the following
described land situate in the County of Hennepin County, Minnesota, to wit:
Lot 2, Block 1, DATA 100 1ST ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof on file
or of record in the office of County Recorder in and for said Hennepin County, except that part of said Lot 2,
lying east of a line drawn parallel with and 200 feet East of a line drawn northerly from a point on the south
line of said Lot 2, distant 627.6 feet west of the southeast corner of said Lot 2 and at an angle of 86 degrees
41 minutes (when measured from west to north) .
