KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That William T. Baron and Lori I. Baron, husband and wife, owners and
proprietors and that Security Bank and Trust Co., a Minnesota banking corporations, mortgagee of the following described
property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
The South 20 rods of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter except the west 870 feet thereof and except the east
240 feet thereof of Section 5, Township 116 North, Range 21 West, except roads.
