Online Forum Available for Gardeners
Edina, Minn., July 3, 2013 – The City of Edina has set up a new discussion on it civic engagement
website, “Speak Up, Edina,” for gardeners in Edina. Those who garden at home or at the Yorktown
Community Garden are encouraged to participate.
“It’s been a tough season for gardeners,” said Recreation Supervisor Kristin Aarsvold. “This online
forum gives anyone the chance to share their experiences, ask for advice and to give or get help from
those whose thumb might just be a little greener than others’.”
The online forum will be available through the end of the growing season at
www.SpeakUpEdina.org/discussions/gardening-in-Edina.
