Edina Police remind residents to lock doors and windows
Edina, Minn., Sept. 17, 2013 - Due to recent burglaries in the City, the Edina Police Department is
reminding residents to take preventive measures.
During the early evening hours of Friday, Sept. 13, three homes in northwest Edina were burglarized.
The homes were on the 4900 block of Interlachen Court, 6500 block of Parkwood Drive and 5000
block of Park Terrace. Entry into one of the homes was forced.
Police officers recommend that residents keep all exterior doors and main floor windows locked and
leave exterior lights on after dark.
Any suspicious activity or vehicles should be immediately reported by dialing 9-1-1.
