EDINA 16 amends its schedule of rebroadcasts
Edina, Minn., Jan. 5, 2012 – This year, fans of government-access channel Edina
Community Channel 16 (EDINA 16) will have more opportunities than ever to watch
episodes of their favorite locally produced shows and rebroadcasts of important meetings.
The station will now run on an eight-hour playback schedule.
Effective immediately, “Beyond the Badge” will air every day at 2 a.m., 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.
New episodes will be produced monthly and premiere on the first day of each month.
“Agenda: Edina” will air at 2:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., with new bimonthly episodes
released the first and 15th of each month.
Broadcasts of City Council and Commission meetings can now be seen as follows:
Edina City Council (broadcasted until the next scheduled meeting):
- 3 a.m., 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. Sundays
- 3 a.m., 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. Wednesdays
Park Board (broadcasted quarterly and shown for one month following the meeting):
- 3 a.m., 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. Tuesdays
- 6 a.m., 2 p.m. and 10 p.m. Fridays
Planning Commission (broadcasted until the next scheduled meeting):
- 3 a.m., 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. Thursdays
- 3 a.m., 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. Saturdays
Transportation Commission (broadcasted quarterly and shown for one month following
the meeting):
- 3 a.m., 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. Mondays
- 6 a.m., 2 p.m. and 10 p.m. Thursdays
Programming will continue to be available for online streaming around the clock at
www.CityofEdina.com or http://www.youtube.com/edinachannel16. For more information
