Edina Art Center to sponsor 13th-annual ‘Potter Games’
Four-hour event allows individuals at all skill levels to experiment with clay
Edina, Minn., Jan. 3, 2012 – The marvelous malleability of clay sparks creativity in people of all
ages, and area residents are invited to explore the many ways to work with the medium at the 13th-
annual Potter Games. This year’s event will be held Monday, Jan. 16, at the Edina Art Center.
The Potter Games will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Participants will be taught how to throw clay
many different ways -- with a partner, with their feet and even when blindfolded!
The cost is $5, and lunch is included. Children 12 and over are invited to attend; those 12 to 14
must be accompanied by an adult.
