EDINA 16 begins televising live meetings of City Council
Edina, Minn., June 10, 2012 – Edina Community Channel 16 (EDINA 16) has begun live
broadcasts of meetings of the Edina City Council.
“Beyond the Badge” will continue to air every day at 2 a.m., 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. New
episodes are produced monthly and premiere on the first day of each month. “Agenda:
Edina” airs at 2:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., with new bimonthly episodes released the
first and 15th of each month. To accommodate the live meetings, the rest of EDINA 16
playback schedule has been modified. Broadcasts of City Council and Commission meetings
can now be seen as follows:
Edina City Council (broadcasted until the next scheduled meeting):
- 3 a.m. and 11 a.m. Sundays and Wednesdays
- 7 p.m. Tuesdays and Saturdays
Park Board (broadcasted quarterly and shown for one month following the meeting):
- 7 p.m. Mondays
- 3 a.m. and 11 a.m. Tuesdays
- 10 p.m. Thursdays
- 6 a.m. and 2 p.m. Fridays
Planning Commission (broadcasted until the next scheduled meeting):
- 7 p.m. Wednesdays and Fridays
- 3 a.m. and 11 a.m. Thursdays and Saturdays
Transportation Commission (broadcasted quarterly and shown for one month following
the meeting):
- 7 p.m. Sundays
- 3 a.m. and 11 a.m. Mondays
- 10 p.m. Wednesdays
- 6 a.m. and 2 p.m. Thursdays
Programming will continue to be available for online streaming around the clock at
www.EdinaMN.gov or http://www.youtube.com/edinachannel16. For more information
