To have a part-time employee receive such recognition shows the depth and talent of all our staff.” Entries made to the Upper Midwest Chapter were judged by panels assembled by other National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Chapters. These judging panels are comprised of no fewer than five judges with no more than three of the judges employed by the same station or company. There may be one award, more than one award or no award given in each category. The Emmy Awards will be presented Saturday, Sept. 29, at the Historic State Theater in downtown Minneapolis.
