ACCEPTING DONATION
OF 22 AUTOMATED EXTERNAL DEFIBRILLATORS
WHEREAS, through a grant from the University of Minnesota, the First Responder AED
Project donated 22 Automated External Defibrillator (AED) units with an 8-year service plan and free
replacement AED pads and batteries; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Edina City Council approves and accepts the
donation of 22 AED units from the Minnesota First Responder AED Project.
