Summer Park & Recreation program registration to begin
Feb. 1
Edina, Minn., Jan. 5, 2010 – Registration for summer Park & Recreation programming will begin
Feb. 1 for residents.
Residents may review the summer offerings now at www.EdinaParks.com. In an effort to go green,
save money and respond to resident requests, the Park & Recreation Insider catalog of programs and
activities will now be exclusively available online as the Activities Directory. Residents will no longer
receive the Park & Recreation Insider in the mail.
Those who subscribe to “City Extra” will receive emailed notifications when the electronic catalog is
available online in January and August of each year. To sign up for City Extra, visit
cityextra.cityofedina.com. The City requires your name, email address and a password to protect
your free subscriptions and your profile. Only information you specifically request will be sent.
Subscribe to the “Park & Recreation Programs & Activities” list to ensure you receive future notices
of Park & Recreation catalogs.
A limited number of printed copies of each issue of the Activities Directory will be available. If you
would like to request that a copy be mailed to you, call 952-826-0367.
Non-residents may register for summer programs beginning May 1.
