Applications being accepted for appointment to Energy &
Environment Commission
Edina, Minn., March 11, 2010 – The Edina City Council is accepting applications for appointment
to the Energy & Environment Commission.
The Commission helps the City stay on the forefront of issues of sustainability. The group typically
meets 7 p.m. the second Thursday of the month.
There are currently two vacancies on the Commission: one created by the recent elimination of a
cross-membership with a member of the Park Board and another created by the resignation of Steve
Christianson. One term expires Feb. 1, 2012, and the other Feb. 1, 2013.
All of the appointments must be approved by the Edina City Council. To receive an application or for

952-826-0408. Applications must be received at Edina City Hall by 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 7.
