NOMINATING STEPHEN SANDO TO THE
MINNEHAHA CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT BOARD OF MANAGERS
WHEREAS, Stephen Sando has served on the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District Board of Managers
for years and has promoted a strong working relationship with the City of Edina and other community partners;
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes Section I 03D.311, Subdivision 3 provides that watershed managers in
the metropolitan area may be nominated jointly or severally by towns and municipalities in the watershed district;
WHEREAS, the Edina City Council believes that it is in the best interests of the City and the watershed
for Stephen Sando to be reappointed to another term of service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Edina C ty Council hereby nominates Stephen
Sando for reappointment to the Board of Managers of the Minnehaha Cr k Watershed District.
