Motion by Tracy Nelson to approve meeting agenda. Seconded by Greg
Wright . Motion Carried.
IV.Approval Of Meeting Minutes
A.Minutes: Community Health Commission, September 13, 2021
Motion by Philip King-Lowe to approve September 13, 2021 Community
Health Commission meeting minutes. Seconded by Tracy Nelson. Motion
Carried.

VI.Reports/Recommendations
A.Vitals App Report
Member King-Lowe presented report on Vitals App as part of social
connectedness initiative study and report. Report will be combined with additional
items from subcommittee before submission to Council.
