I. Call To Order
Vice-Chair Gunness called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.
No business was conducted due to a lack of a quorum.
II. Roll Call
Commissioners Present: Stella Chaffee, Cheryl Gunness, Barbara La Valleur and Adriana Zabala Tavenas.
Commissioners Absent: Kandace Ellis, Dana Lappin, Ray Meifert, Anne Miller and Steve Suckow.
Staff Present: Michael Frey, General Manager, Edina Art Center.
Student Representatives Present: Olivia Chen and Farhia Osman.
III. Introductions
The standing members and new members of the Commission introduced themselves.

The meeting agenda was not approved.
