Meeting called to order at 4:00 P.M. ( 16 Hundred in the Navy) by J.Van V.
1. Mickey Kelly will not continue as director of Media center--has twins and needs
more money. Has done excellent job for us.
2. Tea Room in neck addition: Heather King and Art Dickey will meet with Gene
Anderson's sont,a caterer) and others to see how we should handle the operation
of same. KepriOs pointed out that only certain caterers are licensed by Edina's
health dept. Do we have vending machines? Tune in next meeting and see the
recommend from the committee.
3. Santa House--need help with mural. Voluntere anyone ?
4. Holdiday show is 11/2/97
5. Still are openings for Ohicagp tri.p to view artistic things.
6. 11/6 is senior citizens Bazaar ar Community Center.
7. .Holdiday Party for Board and volunteers will be at Gene Andersen's again.
Gene will pick the date and advise.Ken gets a vote too.
8. Next Board meet is 11/20
