Ms. King expressed concern on how to get feedback from the council, since the art center needs support. Ms. Clark support Ms. Kings concern. Ms. King presented some ideas for fundraisers. In Fort Meyers, FL an exhibit is held with a jazz festival. WAMSO offers "Hot Jazz for a Cool Night" which is jazz and horsdevours. The 10-06 Society presents a play for a fundraiser. The Art Center could buy a block of seats for the the Summer Pops series and sell them as a fundraiser. The Minneapolis Club has an art collection tour with a slideshow, tour, and lecture. Some discussion followed and the Minneapolis Club tour in the fall was encouraged. Ms. King would get information in regard to food and price.
