center and has shown it through her donations of art, managing
the gift shop and volunteering.
Ms. Frame requested that the board members become "movers and
shakers" to help obtain donations for the auction. To date they
have received about $9000 in donations which is down $5000 to
$7000 from previous years, an all time low. She requested that
the board members encourage their contacts to donate. Donators
will receive free publicity and be listed on a contributors list.
The list will be posted at the Art Center which has 4000 students
and an estimated 2000 visitors pass through it in a year. The
deadline to get contributors name in the catalogue is March 1.
Ms. Frame distributed a list of names and a "wish list" for
donations. She requested the boards help in solicitating
donations.
