RESOLUTION NO 2024-28
APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES
FOR THE APRIL 30, 2024, SPECIAL PRIMARY AND MAY 14, 2024, SPECIAL GENERAL
HENNEPIN COUNTY DISTRICT 6 COMMISSIONER ELECTIONS
WHEREAS, Minnesota Election Law 204B.2 I requires that persons serving as election judges be
appointed by the Council at least 25 days before the election.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Edina City Council that the individuals named on Exhibit A, and on file in
the office of the City Clerk be appointed as the City of Edina Election Judges for the April 30, 2024 Speical
Primary and May 14, 2024 Special General Hennepin County District 6 Commissioner Elections; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the Edina City Council also establishes an Absentee Ballot Board as
authorized under Minn, Stat. 203B.121; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Edina City Clerk is with this, authorized to make any
substitutions or additions as deemed necessary.
