Computer Classes Offered at the Edina Senior Center
Edina, Minn., April 2, 2003 – The Edina Art Center is offering two computer classes at the Edina
Senior Center beginning April 14. The two computer classes offered Four of the Art Center’s computers
have been relocated to the Senior Center to accommodate students taking the computer classes.
Basic PC, class #6099, teaches students how to use a Windows computer. It is offered from 10 a.m. to
noon, for four weeks beginning April 14. The class will move slowly through the fundamentals of
Windows and will leave time for students to ask questions. Tuition is $72 for non-members and $64 for
members of the Senior Center or the Edina Art Center. There is an additional fee of $20 for a textbook.
Beginning Photoshop Elements, class #6093, teaches students how to fix photos, combine images and
print interesting pictures. This five-week class is offered from 1 to 3 p.m. beginning April 14. Students
should be able to operate a PC compatible with Windows. The class is designed for students looking
for a more personalized and relaxed learning environment. Tuition is $90 for non-members and $81 for
member of the Senior Center or the Edina Art Center. There is an additional fee of $7 for a textbook.
